I believe the saving grace of Jesus Christ is the foundation of life. That hope shapes how I serve my church, care for people and try to live each day.
What I believe
Christian faith is not simply one part of my weekly schedule. It is the foundation beneath my work, relationships and service. In Jesus Christ, I find saving grace, a renewed purpose and a hope that reaches beyond circumstance.
The church is where this faith becomes shared life: worshipping, learning, caring and carrying one another through different seasons.
“We love because He first loved us.”
1 John 4:19
My church home
I am part of the Chinese Christian Church in the Netherlands (CCGN) ↗, a community that brings people together across generations, languages and cultures.
Since 2024 I serve on the central board of CCGN—on a voluntary basis—and as a deacon in the Arnhem church. These responsibilities include practical leadership, care for the congregation and helping the church remain faithful to its calling across its Chinese-speaking and Dutch-speaking generations.
During church services, I also translate between Chinese and Dutch. Translation is more than finding equivalent words—it is helping people truly hear one another and encounter the same message together.

Ways I serve
Helping steward CCGN’s direction, responsibilities and service to the wider Chinese Christian community in the Netherlands.
Serving the Arnhem congregation through practical care, leadership and a willingness to be present where needed.
Bridging Chinese and Dutch so that language does not become a barrier to worship, belonging or understanding.
Piano and song in worship—and slowly learning to write music of my own, to the glory of God.
Mentoring and empowering young leaders, so the work continues well beyond any one of us.
Studying Bible Theology at the Evangelisch College since 2023—serving better by understanding deeper.
“Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. At all the times you can. To all the people you can. As long as ever you can.”
— John Wesley
A quiet witness
Evangelism begins with genuine attention: listening to people, sharing honestly and allowing the hope of Christ to be seen in both words and actions.
This website is part of that invitation. If faith is unfamiliar to you, if you are carrying questions, or if you would simply like someone to pray with you, you are welcome to reach out.
Talk about faith →The good news of Jesus is not a reward for people who have life together. It is grace for people who know they need it.
Wherever you are in your journey, you do not need polished answers to begin exploring faith.
